Common Questions
Do I need to be a Christian to be a student?
Yes. The Academy is intentionally faith-based and grounded in Biblical truth, created for those who believe the Bible is the Word of God and desire to live in alignment with His will. Scripture and spiritual practices are woven into the learning experience as essential tools in the healing and recovery process.
This doesn’t mean you’re expected to know the entire Bible or feel especially close to God. You’re welcome to wrestle with questions of faith. In fact, most courses address spiritual issues that are relevant to the recovery or rebuilding journey in question.
However, because of the importance of protecting the integrity of the programs and of the Christian community within them, you do need to come with a sincere heart to grow in your god-relationship and desire to follow Him.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes and no. Your student profile is private and not visible to others. No one will see your progress or personal information.
However, in programs that include a student community, you’ll be encouraged – and sometimes required – to participate and share when relevant as part of the learning experience.
To ensure a safe and authentic space, all community members are required to use their real first names. Last names and profile details remain private unless you choose to share them.
What kind of support is available?
All courses and programs include technical support and help with understanding the course material. Some programs offer additional guidance through student communities, and others include direct personal access to me.
Each course page outlines exactly what kind of support is included, so you know what to expect before you enroll.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Absolutely. Your student dashboard will display all the courses you’re enrolled in.
How do I pay for a course or program?
You can pay securely online via credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Once your payment is completed, you’ll get immediate access to your course dashboard.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Each course has its own terms, stated on the course page.
The exception is memberships where you will only commit to paying for the first term – usually a month.
Can I access the Academy from my phone or tablet?
Yes! The entire Academy is mobile-friendly, so you can watch lessons on any device, whether you’re at home, at your office, or on the road.
